BKK Fast Snaps.

When I got back into lure fishing in May 24, I already had some of the Breakaway Link clips, so naturally I used these to clip on my lures. They are good clips and are widely used by lure anglers. I only had a few of them and purchased some more from an online shop. When they arrived, they were not as good as the originals that I already had.

I did a little research online and found other anglers had been commenting on how they were not of the quality as before. So I searched online to see what other products were on offer for the lure angler.

I came across these clips by Ocean Legacy on the Lures Edge website HERE, so I ordered a pack to try them out. I actually got on really well with them; they had a swivel, which helped with any line twist. They were a little hard to connect the lure on at first, but after you’d done it a few times, it was easier to connect them. However, being in several bass Facebook groups, including my own Here, you get to hear about new or other products, and there was talk about another link clip.

The Other link clip was the BKK Fast Snap 41 clip. It has a fancy design instead of being a rectangle with rounded corners like the breakaway clips, it has a narrow section with a semi-loop for tying your leader too, the other end rounded for your lure too, it has the 45 & 90 degree bends on either side of the clip.

As you can see from the Image above, it is a fancy-looking design. They come in 4 sizes ( size 0 – 13lb, size 1 – 20lb, size 2 – 31lb, size 3 – 51lb ). I have both Size 1 & 2, I am using mainly Size 2.

Conclusion.

I started using these clips late last year; they are now my go-to clips, and I will use them for as long as I can. I haven’t had any problems with them at all. They are excellent clips and I know some very good anglers are using them as their go-to lure clips as well. I got these from this online shop Here, the best price I have found and they see out very quickly when in stock. Tight Lines Steve @ Kernow bass.
